Journey Giveaway

The Journey Giveaway ("Promotion") is an opportunity for customers to win a personalized empowerment package worth AED 500 with every purchase over AED 75 from Rych by Picksentials.

The Promotion begins on 1 July 2024 at 12:00 AM (UAE Time) and ends on 30 September at 11:59 PM (UAE Time) ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.

Eligibility - The Promotion is open to legal residents of United Arab Residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.- Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Picksentials, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.- Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and Picksentials' decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

How to Enter - To enter, make a purchase of AED 75 or more from Picksentials during the Promotion Period.- Each qualifying purchase will automatically enter the customer into the Promotion.- Multiple entries are allowed; each separate qualifying purchase counts as one entry.

For every purchase of AED 75 or more made during the Promotion Period, the customer will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.- There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can earn; each qualifying purchase over AED 75 will result in an additional entry.- All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

One (1) winner will receive a personalized empowerment package worth AED 500.- The package includes a selection of top-rated Picksentials products, a custom self-care plan, and a consultation with a confidence coach.- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.- Picksentials reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

The winner will be selected in a random draws from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.- The raffle draws will be conducted within 5 days after the end of the Promotion Period.- The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase within 2 days after the raffle draws.- If the winner does not respond within 3 days of the initial contact, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity - By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to Picksentials' use of their name, likeness, photo, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Picksentials for the purpose of administering the Promotion and may also be used for marketing purposes. Picksentials will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Picksentials to fulfill the above purposes, without the entrant's permission.

Picksentials reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Picksentials' reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.- Picksentials reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.- Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Picksentials reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Picksentials and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be adjudicated in the courts of UAE.
